The role requires you to have great communication skills and be experienced in using the Microsoft Office suite. You must be resilient and able to react calmly when dealing with multiple tasks that need to be delivered within tight timeframes.In return you can expect to be made welcome as a key member of our team who will value your skills and contribution.Main duties of the jobDay-to-day, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Chief Finance Officer and their team.You will use your knowledge and independent judgement to deliver an efficient, confidential, and comprehensive personal assistant service.To provide the first point of contact for the Chief Finance Officer’s Officeexercising judgement as to the appropriate response, taking immediateaction if necessary. This will require you to deal with complex enquiries in aprofessional and sensitive manner, always ensuring confidentiality.Using judgement to manage the diary of the Chief Finance Officer and incollaboration with the Finance Admin Team, the diaries of the Deputy ChiefFinance Officers.
