About the Client:
An established yet boutique public relations firm based in the heart of the West End.
About the Personal Assistant role:
This is a newly created Personal Assistant role to support the Founder/Managing Director by implementing processes and back office structure. Responsibilities will include:
Oversight of knowledge management, HR and invoicing
Liaising with stakeholders including clients and suppliers, and managing internal communications with employees
Oversight of client delivery coordination, ensuring team are meeting deadlines
Proofreading external communications to MPs and journalists
Private PA support (10%)
Other duties as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior Personal/Executive Assistant experience from a fast-paced, client-orientated environment
Meticulous organisation skills
Proactive and forward-thinking
Methodical approach and solutions-focused
Confident communicator and excellent rapport-building skills
Resourceful and curious
Technical Microsoft Office skills – particularly Word and Excel.
Additional Details:
Salary up to £60K (pro rata for part time candidates) depending on prior experience
Central London office with some flexibility to work from home once established in the role
