Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our team in Mayfair. This is a unique opportunity to work in a well-established family business comprising of an art gallery and commercial property development venture.The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our directors while maintaining a strong presence as the front of house for the prestigious Mayfair gallery. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, IT literacy, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Main Responsibilities:-Serve as the first point of contact in the gallery space, greeting clients and handling phone and door inquiries.-Manage property visits for meter readings and contractor openings. Liaising with property contractors.-Preparing supplier comparison packs for prospective building works.-Coordinate with subcontractors on trade packages and help with sourcing alternative quotes and negotiating them.-Offer personal support with tasks such as holiday bookings, personal shopping, paying bills, and arranging dinners or events.-Negotiate utility bills, mobile contracts, insurance, and various quotes to secure competitive rates.-Provide comprehensive support to the directors, including managing a complex diary, coordinating meetings, and drafting correspondence.-Organize business and leisure travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and managing itineraries.Candidate Requirements:-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally as a PA in real estate, property development, or management.-Degree-educated and eligible to work within the UK.-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.-High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and confident with computers, spreadsheets, and databases.-Strong negotiation skills and ability to prioritize workloads.-Excellent written and spoken English.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Proven experience working with high-net-worth clientele and understanding the importance of exceptional customer service.Desired Skills:-Experience with compliance, property development or management.-Familiarity with loyalty schemes such as AmEx, Avios, Virgin Miles, and Eurostar.This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm).Immediate start preferred.-Permanent role, pay c. £25- £35K, depending on experience. -Central Mayfair office in a beautiful art gallery.- 25 days annual leave plus work pension scheme.- Use of in-house gym.Please submit your application with your resume and contactable references.Due to the high volume of applications received, we may not respond to all submissions.We look forward to receiving your application for this exciting opportunity!
