Are you a Personal Assistant looking for a challenging new opportunity?We are looking for great people who can help us redefine what's possible and support our Executive team.
What is the role?
As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing first class support primarily to our Chief Operating Officer and their leadership team. Serving as the central point of contact within the function, you'll be responsible for organising critical tasks and managing deadlines. Collaborating closely with other PA's across the business, you'll ensure highly effective, efficient, proactive, and confidential support. As the interface between executive team members, shareholders, customers, and suppliers, you'll represent both the Company and its interests with professionalism and integrity.
What will you do? (Accountabilities)
Deliver effective diary management including proactive forward planning and rescheduling to ensure time efficiency.
Manage travel plans and itineraries for all UK and overseas travel.
Prepare agendas and documents for meetings and supporting with note taking as required.
Raise and receipt purchase orders, manual payments and company credit card transactions.
Manage expenses ensuring these are submitted for processing according to deadlines for payment.
Support projects within the function and across the Company as required
Participate in monthly PA governance meeting to identify effective working practices and areas for improvement and inputting effective solutions.
Arrange internal and external events as required.
Do you have what we're looking for?
Extensive experience as a PA working with senior level executive members.
Experience dealing directly with Board Members.
Excellent interpersonal skills: easily interact with a large range of people in order to support their executive member in a range of situations.
A proven proactive administrator with excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail.
Experience of producing Agendas, Reports and meeting packs.
Excellent time management skills: the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work cross functionally across multiple departments.
Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to processes and ways of working with good problem solving skills.
