Personal Assistant and Business Support AdministratorSPID Theatre - The award-winning charity that makes art that advocates housing justice, is looking for a committed and experienced part-time Personal Assistant and Business Support Administrator to join our passionate team. From our space on Ladbroke Grove, SPID Theatre makes high-quality youth and community theatre which tours on council estates, public spaces and prestigious venues across London. The free programs we run are Estate Endz – heritage and art, Estate Voices – advocacy and art, Far Far Away – play and art, and Community Hub – physical activities and networking. The Personal Assistant and Business Support Administrator is a key position within the team. This role reports to the Head of Youth Programmes (HOYP).Title: Personal Assistant and Business Support AdministratorType of contract: Fixed-Term (1 year)Working hours: Tue and Thur 11am-6.30pm, Wed and Sat, 10.30am – 6.30pm Key Responsibilities OverallHelping Head of Youth make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial tasksEnsuring neurodiverse accessibility for the Head of Youth ProgrammesActing with discretion and confidentialityArranging travelTaking notes during meetings and writing up dictationsCarrying our research for projectsSupporting planning and prep Scanning in feedback to file along with agreements and policiesAdmin support to programsSupporting with payments and logging in QuickBooks and income generationMaking purchases and card paymentsOverseeing a safe and tidy officeSupporting Coordinator with interviews, inductions and responding to intervieweesSupporting Coordinator with setting up zooms, events and running workshopsSupporting transporting equipment and materialsExperience of PA workExperience in supporting neurodiverse accessibility Knowledge of printers, excel, word, GdrivePunctual, reliable, fast and accurateCan do attitude and positive team spiritExperience in artistic activism/social housing/North-Kensington communitiesAvailability for a swift startExperience of administrationHOW TO APPLY? Write a CV and a cover letter(no longer than a page) addressed to the “SPID Team" explaining why you are interested in this role and how your experience and skills.
