Personal Advisor

We are looking to recruit a Personal Advisor (Young People & Families) based in Bootle.

The role is paying £18.50 per hour umbrella.

You will be required to work 36 hours per week.

Duties:

• Developing solid relationships with young people and their families.


• Providing high-quality advice and guidance to young people and their families on a range of issues that include education, health, housing, and employment.


• Creating and implementing individual support plans based on the needs of the young person and their family.

• Collaborating closely with other professionals to ensure all-round support.


• Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the support plans.

Requirements:

  Level 3 qualification relating to working with Children and Young People.
