Permanent Weekend Veterinary Surgeon - Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater ManchesterAre you a qualified and RCVS registered veterinary surgeon?Are you looking to join an established small animal hospital in Manchester?Are you looking for weekend-only work?We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Ashton-under-Lyne for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on weekends.This role is part time for 18 hours per week with shifts from 9am to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.There is some occasional sole charge work involved, although ordinarily you will be joined by a team of 4 vets, 6 RVNs and a supportive non-clinical team.The practices provide a high standard of clinical care and pride themselves on having staff members who stand apart from the rest and have a real passion and vision for how they work. They provide ongoing training and support to all team members through dedicated training centres.All staff also benefit from the access to the best diagnostic equipment such as MRI machines and CT scanners and state of the art operating theatres in the nearest state-of-the-art Animal Hospital.About the roleThe Vets who currently work at the practice have over 30 years combined experience between them.
