Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Market Drayton, ShropshireAre you a qualified or soon to be RCVS registered veterinary Surgeon?Would you like a salary up to £75,000 pro rata per annum commensurate to experience?We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Market Drayton, Shropshire for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This is a full time role working 4 days per week from 8.30am - 6.30pm. There is a 2:6 Saturday morning rota working 8.30am - 12pm.Type: Small Animal Veterinary SurgeonHours: Full or part timeTOIL: N/AOOH: NoneComputer System: MerlinConsultations: 15 MinutesTeam: 6 Vets 7 Nurses.Salary: Up to £75,000 pro rata per annum commensurate to experienceThe roleThe role offers a mixture of consultations and surgeries. The Vet will be working alongside a team of certificate holding Surgeons within an environment where special interests are encouraged.The role is ideal for a Vet who is competent in consulting and routine surgeries including bitch spays.The Vet will also have access to other veterinary specialists for support and guidance if needed.Flexible working and rota patterns available to accommodate a good work / life balance. EG Rota to work around the school run / holidays /lifestyle.The Vet will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service.The Vet will be responsible to ensuring that there is excellent communication between themselves and the team and with clients.About them:Small Animal Practice with two sites. Purpose built clinics.They fully equipped with diagnostics including endoscopy, laparoscopic equipment, imaging suit, ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, in house laboratory anaesthetic monitoring equipment and separate dog and cat kennel.They have a supportive team of 6 Vets and 7 Nurses. Some of the Vets hold certificates in Surgery, Medicine and cardiology.The pride themselves on offering case continuity and maintaining strong clients relationships.They support personal development with a generous CPD allowance and encourage and support certificates and additional training.The practice provides a high standard of care and customer service to all its patients and clients.Team culture:They pride themselves on a collaborative team culture.
