Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Newbury, BerkshireAre you a qualified and RCVS registered veterinary surgeon?Are you looking for a new opportunity in Berkshire?Are you looking for...We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Newbury, Berkshire for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is full time for 4 days per week, along with 1 in 7 weekends. There will be 1 in 15 night shifts.Type: Small animalHours: Full time, 4 days per weekOOH: 1 in 15 nightsOn-call: NoneComputer system: MerlinConsultations: 15 minutesTeam: 17 vets and 30 nursesThe roleThe role involves both consultations, surgeries, work ups, phone calls and administration.There is no sole chargeThey offer 15-minute consultationsFlexible working and rota patterns available to accommodate a good work / life balance. EG Rota to work around the school run / holidays /lifestyle.The Vet will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service.The Vet will be responsible to ensuring that there is excellent communication between themselves and the team and with clients.About them:RCVS Accredited HospitalThe practice is fully equipped offering a wide range of diagnostics and veterinary services including Ultrasound, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Microsope and Dental Radiography.They have a large team with a various range of experience and have certificate holding Vets and Vets currently working towards certificates.They have a great local reputation and pride themselves on the communication in terms of client care that they provide.With the various levels of expertise within the practice they can offer a plethora of various cases and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
