Are you a qualified and RCVS registered veterinary surgeon?Are you looking for a better work-life balance?We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in Penzance for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon. This role is full or part time with weekends on a rota. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.The practice is looking for a surgeon who has good experience gained in a small animal practice, excellent communication skills in order to inform and support clients, competence in routine surgeries and the ability to create evidence-based treatment plans. You will have excellent surgical and medical skills to provide the gold standard of care for the practice's loyal client base.You will be confident working sole charge on occasion.The practice are able to offering flexibility and can provide hours that are suited to the Vets lifestyle. So perhaps whether that's working around school hours or other family commitments. The practice understand the importance of a good work-life balance and ensure that they can offer his flexibility.The Vet will be confident in sole charge work when required and they will enjoy client interaction.
