Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Ely, CambridgeshireAre you a qualified and RCVS registered veterinary surgeon or soon to be?Are you searching for a new full or part time opportunity in Cambridgeshire?Are you an ambitious vet looking to study towards a certificate?We are recruiting for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a first opinion small animal practice in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This role is full time for 40 hours per week over 4 days. Part time hours can also be considered and are flexible. There will be no weekends, OOH work or on-call duties.Located in a rural setting, the practice is a standalone building and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and offers a wide range veterinary services and facilities. The practice is located close to good transport links to both Cambridge and London.The Vet will be joining a team of 3 vets, 2 RVNs and 2 SVNs along with a non-clinical team. They see a wide variety of cases which include orthopaedics and they have visiting specialist come to the practice also.The practice is looking for an enthusiastic ambitious vet who is committed to working hard and delivering a high standard of veterinary care. They will be comfortable with routine surgeries and consultation therefore have basic surgical skills. They will have excellent communication and client facing skills and be confident enough to manage some sole charge. They will enjoy building up strong client relationships as this is something the practice is very proud of.
