When clients bring their animals into their practices, they aim to make sure their services are up to the highest standard to make it as pleasant as possible for their pets. They pride themselves on their experience, expertise, and the continuous care that they provide for all patients.Team: The practices are 100% small animals with 8 Vets, 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN), and 15 client care/support staff. They are a high-end first opinion group with a large proportion of insured clients. Three of your colleagues hold Certificates in Medicine and others are working towards Cardiology and Feline Medicine.Facilities: Their practices have digital x-rays, dental x-rays, and ultrasound machines with colour flow doppler.Role: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical care to the practice’s patients and client care to their owners. This includes making all interactions with clients fully focused on delivering value, exceptional service, and bringing warmth to the clients.Hours: Rota is 35-42 hours a week, with 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 weekends.OOHS: NoneSkills/Exp: A driving licence and access to a vehicle would most likely be required as you will have the opportunity to work between a branch surgery and one of the main surgeries. Onsite parking is available.
