Halesowen does see some exotics, orthopaedics alongside general practice and procedures (Dentals, neutering, lump removals, orthopaedics, etc). They have well-equipped practices including 3 x surgeries per branch, digital radiography, in-house lab, ultrasound, and dental equipment, a dedicated cat and dog ward, and isolation for infectious. Role: They are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.Hours: Full time = 5 days per week, 9 am-6:30 pm 1:3 Saturdays with a day off in the week. Part-time is negotiable.Duties:They pride themselves on creating a working environment that is enjoyable and flexible.They strongly encourage further development, hence the high CPD allowance.Anything they can do to support employee growth is a win-win situation.You will have clinical freedom to fully work up and manage your cases with support available at all times.Flexible rota options to maximise work-life balance.Applicant Requirements:As a practice, their aim is to offer affordable treatment for all so they have gotten increasingly busy as people fall upon hard times. They are known for being very experienced with ‘brachy’ breeds, some travel across the country to see their team.Candidate must be a fluent English speaker as the role with be ideally consultation focusedThey are looking for someone who has a keen interest in internal medicine and can see a case from start to finish.They are not a strict hierarchy, meaning decisions can be made by 1 person.
