Permanent Salaried GP Position

Peartree Group Practice is recruiting talented GPs to join our dynamic team in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. We are recruiting 4-6 sessions and would welcome applications from GPs who are interested in full or part time work. Our sessional GPs receive £11,300 per Session, 8 weeks annual leave plus indemnity fees. We understand that we are all individuals and practice in different ways and are open to explore hybrid rota and session lengths.
About us:
Flexible rota management, rota lengths and additional work from home sessions.
Forward thinking innovative team comprising 13 GPs, 6 Nurses, 3 Pharmacists, 4 NPs, 2 Paramedics, 2 Physio’s, 5 MH Nurse’s and a SPLW.
Excellent AHP team with LTC’s/QOF and KPI responsibilities to release GP capacity.
Digital triage / e-consultations to support acute care signposting and continuity of care.
Regular educational meetings and training days. Thorough training and induction for all new starters including SystmOne training and reduced rota during 3 month induction.
Locality off-site commissioned Extended Hours and Home visiting service
SystmOne practice with automated admin and task system with trained team to support GP workflow. No medicals or reports expected from the sessional GP team.
Supportive First5 Learning set for those new to General Practice with funding for GP Update courses.
