Ritz Recruitment, a leading Recruitment agency with over 40 years’ experience are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our fun and driven team in our London office.
Ritz initially specialised in office support but has expanded into various other industries over years. As well as a Permanent division, we have a rec2rec division and expanding temps desk.

The role
Recruiting suitable candidates through searching job boards
Creating and preparing job posts
Conducting screenings and interviewing
Nurturing existing clients
Expanding warm accounts
Cold calling new businesses
Meeting clients face to face
Taking candidates through the full recruitment process from start to finish
Ability to negotiate and close deals
Qualifications/experience
At least 1 years 360 recruitment experience in office support or a similar market e.g. legal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
Ability to engage confidently with new clients and candidates at all levels
Strong teamwork skills
Self motivated and driven
Ability to demonstrate an exceptional level of organization and attention to detail
