The role will include both large and small animal work.There is a large animal caseload involving dairy, beef, sheep which include fertility, scanning, disease investigations and health plans. There will be a mixture of small animal consultations and surgeries. The practice offers a high medical and surgical caseload, and challenging trauma cases. You will be comfortable in all aspects of medical and surgical procedures.The practice is looking for a mixed surgeon who ideally has a good level of experience gained in a practice, excellent communication skills in order to inform and support clients, competence in routine surgeries and the ability to create evidence-based treatment plans.Ideally the Vet will be working towards a certificate however this is not essential.
