Peripatetic Home Manager RGN/RMNOxfordshire, Bedfordshire & Hampshire£69,000 per annum + £8k Car Allowance The Peripatetic Home Manager package includes: - £69,000 per annum- £8k Car Allowance- Performance Bonus- 33 days annual leave allowance- Bespoke Induction Training Programmes- Pension Contributions- Recommend a friend paid scheme The Company:The Peripatetic Manager role will cover 7 homes, a mixture of both Residential & Nursing homes. All of these homes are rated either Good or Outstanding by the CQC. This is a Registered Manager opportunity not to be missed.Requirements:- Ensure high standards of service delivery within a quality assurance framework by ensuring that the highest level of nursing and residential care standards are maintained at all times through quality assurance monitoring- Ensure that all documentation and records are maintained to a high standard in a timely manner, supporting CQC inspections when required.-Assume responsibility for care homes that temporarily have no Home Manager as and when required and provide operational support for senior management including the Regional Director and Home Manager within the business area.Interested in hearing more?
