We are seeking an enthusiastic Performance Specialist to bolster our Global team, based in our Clitheroe office on a hybrid working basis. If you have a passion for performance and PPC, and you're eager to develop your skills, we want you on our team!Role overview:As a Performance Specialist, you’ll implement and refine digital marketing strategies, ensuring that they generate results and align with our client's goals. This role is perfect for those with foundational experience and a drive to learn and grow within the digital marketing industry.Key responsibilities: Set-up and ensure ongoing optimisation & management of PPC campaigns for multiple clients Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creative, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimising for conversions and KPIs The ability to interpret performance data, analyse campaign goals, and present data and insights to stakeholders Contribute to the performance department's strategic and commercial goals Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service to clients Engage in continuous learning to enhance your digital marketing expertise Essential skills and qualifications:
2-4years of proven experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn. Other channel experience is advantageous Proficiency in English, both spoken and written A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience Organised, with a strong attention to detail An independent worker with a collaborative spirit A creative thinker with a solutions-focused approach
