This strategic role is central to a commitment to maintaining their status as a top-tier custodian and involves a range of responsibilities tailored to performance management in a global custodial environment. This role is open to Saudi Nationals specifically.The Performance Management Lead will be pivotal in ensuring production readiness, managing the resolution of IT support issues, and overseeing daily operational activities to sustain high-performance standards.In addition to maintaining and reviewing critical procedure documents and internal controls, the Lead will be instrumental in audit preparedness and risk mitigation efforts. The role demands a skillful approach to performance metrics, requiring the maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk indicators (KRIs) that align with global custodian targets. The Lead will ensure meticulous management of portfolio data, oversee daily market data processes, and liaise with vendors to guarantee precise NAV updates.The ideal candidate will excel in fostering effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, high-quality service delivery. This includes managing client relationships, understanding and responding to client needs, and supporting the client team in analyzing portfolio data and performance figures.
