Performance Marketing Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join us in our Acquisition Tribe. You will report into the Director of Performance Marketing and work closely with multiple teams across the business including Engineering, Partner Growth and our wider Marketing squads. In this role you will manage a small team of performance specialists that play a pivotal role driving growth by finding new and impactful ways to grow our partner’s online businesses through our CSS shopping programme. The Role:You will be responsible for the delivery, optimising and forecasting of performance, shaping this around business targetsYou are responsible for your team's output and with that you must be confident in managing their work and meeting KPI’s. This may require you to adapt your team's focus where necessary to drive sustainable growth.You’ll be confident in analysing data, producing reports, insights, finding solutions and making decisions based on an understanding of commercial levers and your platform specialismBuilding trusted, collaborative working relationships with external (platform) and internal (engineering) stakeholders is essential to deliver best-in-class campaigns which drive customer and revenue growth for LystStay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, incorporating best practices, MarTech and data advancements, and competitive insights to how we can deliver growth for Lyst and our partnersRequirements:Solid experience of working in a performance marketing related roleProven track record of working on and management of large scale PPC accounts across multiple marketsShopping campaign experience is desirableLeading innovation and testing strategies for your team and an ability to communicate concepts concisely to a breadth of stakeholdersResponsibilities including planning and running paid campaigns, in a high growth environment and delivering results to budgetExpertise in Google & Bing shopping products and managing them across multiple marketsExperience of working with martech or data engineering teams is desirableAn expert in Excel, utilising commercial data and building contextExperience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Datorama, Looker or Power BI and designing reporting templatesStrong critical thinking skills based on data and the ability to think laterally about solutionsBenefits:Our Ways of Working: We come into the office between 2-4 days a week and we're always in on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
