A rare opportunity to join a very successful SME business with a creative, positive and growth-oriented culture. Thecompany is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead theperformance and analytics marketing division to generate high volume sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Plan, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across channels such as PPC, display, social media, email, and other relevant platforms. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for all digital marketing activities. Prepare weekly management analytics and insights reports into digital marketing performance.
Review and monitor all paid advertising campaigns and consider new messages, keywords and audiences for retargeting and to maximise performance. Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and refine personalised marketing strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, website development and product teams, to develop compelling and cohesive digital marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including conversion rates, website traffic, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and maximise results. Support the optimisation of landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce industry. Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and the latest trends in technology and e-commerce.
