Focused heavily on utilising innovative creative to drive the best performance results for our clients across all social and paid media channels.We are a fast-growing, full-service digital marketing agency working with global brands, looking for an experienced PPC Account Manager on a permanent basis.As a Performance Manager you will be responsible for understanding the business objectives of our clients and translating these into effective control of paid budgets, strategies, and execution.This role reports into the Senior Performance Manager and Managing Director, working closely with the account management team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and who is bursting with ideas of how we can continue to take our paid media initiatives to the next level for our clients.You will also be engaged in the continual development of Vouch's product offering to ensure we are always at the cutting edge of delivery trends.You will be coming from a senior executive performance manager role or already a performance manager.Core responsibilities include:Client campaign setupOngoing campaign monitoring and optimisationManage large budgets across your owned activityBid budget managementCollaboration with Client Account Managers and Head of Performance on driving account growthCampaign Reporting, Analysis and Communication of PerformanceRequirementsTechnical3+ years experience in Paid Search & Paid Social account managementStrong knowledge of Paid Search & Paid Social Platforms Platforms (particularly Google Ads, Ads Editor, Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Ads, and Bid Management technology)Understanding of other performance channels and platforms including ProgrammaticGoogle Ads Search CertificationsKnowledge of Google Tag ManagerCompetent with Paid Media forecastingOptimise campaign budget allocation based on CPA, ROI, ROAS and other data signalsGranular control over traffic allocation, keyword expansion, negative keywords, etcImplement new tests across landing pages, ad copy, bidding, audiences, etcExperience with building and/or maintaining Google Data Studio reportsMonitor brand health and analyse competitive landscapeConsistently document processes and operational principles regularly carried outHandle finance processes: accounting, POs and invoicingPerform daily account optimisations and identify any performance issues or opportunitiesAn understanding of the fundamentals of Google Analytics for tracking performance of ecommerce / conversion campaignsAn understanding of ad platform conversion tracking processes, attribution and KPIsProfessionalExtensive experience in Paid Media, preferably from a high-growth e-commerce brand or agencyStrong communication skillsHigh Initiative and attention to detailAnalytical mindset and a curious, critical thinkerExcellent level of written English and highly numerateAbility to effectively communicate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent organisation and time managementStrong proposal writing skills, and able to produce high-quality documentsDemonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasksA team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independentlyAbility to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment and readiness to adapt to changing prioritiesA motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, willing to take on new challenges and manage multiple prioritiesWork with Account Managers and external teams to execute creative campaigns which are consistent with the overall marketing roadmap and brandKeep up to date with the latest changes in the Paid Media landscape and ensure these are communicated clearly internallyBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceMaternity & Paternity LeaveLearning & Development AssistanceHybrid (In-Office/Remote)This is a full-time position (This is not contract, or contract to hire)Salary: circa £30k depending on experience.
