About the Role
As a Performance Improvement Lead in our dedicated team within the Speyside South group you’ll lead
the delivery of improvement projects, in partnership with Operations and Functional teams. Ensure that any improvements implemented are standardised and sustained within operations teams (sharing standard methodology)
You’ll e
ngage
with the Daily Operational and Weekly Team meetings to provide experienced analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
This will require excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills in order to inspire your team to deliver World-Class performance.
You’ll provide mentorship
, advice and support to multidisciplinary teams (BL’s, Operators, ITF, Maintenance Technicians
etc. )
on trouble shooting tools and
ManEx
practices
You’ll spend a lot of the time inspiring others and bringing about change while keeping employees engaged with the strategic changes to improve performance.
You’ll own key performance indicators targets across shifts and partner with site Operational Managers to drive performance and ensure safety is the number one priority. In order to do this, you’ll drive for next level performance by ensuring all team members follow standard operating procedures, manage the risk profile and partner with the governance team, run productive team meetings and demonstrate high levels of people management.
You’ll provide
Capex Project Support - URS development, Business Paper submission to deliver against CAPEX plan, collaborate with contractors and project engineering on asset and process improvement projects.
Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is supervised alongside other key Performance indicators and targets.
About You

You’ll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to positively motivate and engage your fellow team members. You’ll be able topush forwardyourown ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities.
You will be a strong project manager and ideally have
experience working in a process environment with evidence to demonstrate ability to develop effective working relationships with partners and cross functional teams to deliver
organisational
effectiveness and improved business performance.
You’ll be a core part of the Speyside North group management team and as such will be required to take part in the duty management on call rotational roster.
It’d be great if you had, or be willing to work towards a NEBOSH qualification however this is not crucial.
It’d also be an advantage if you had experience of using Manufacturing Excellence tools.
