We are looking for new talent to support us on an exciting competitor intelligence workstream. We hold an exceptional breadth and depth of online performance data encompassing the majority of top pharma and healthcare websites. This year, we want to start harnessing our data IP, with the ambition to build out a unique product offering allowing our clients to understand the commercial landscape throughout pre-, peri-, and post-launch.We need someone with a medical background, analytical thinking, and a passion for data, combined with strong communication skills to join our growing performance division.In this role, you’ll be working closely with our Data Analyst, Performance Manager, Head of Product, and the broader Innovation Taskforce on the research and development (R&D) of our data warehouse, our strategic market analysis and impact tool and beyond.Curious about getting involved and driving real impact early on in your career? What will you be doing?Learning the ins and outs of SEO and performance through our performance.io Academy.Drive innovation and improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop innovative product offerings leveraging our vast amount of data, aiming to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the commercial Pharma landscape. Actively participate in R&D brainstorming sessions, suggesting data analysis methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficacy and quality of our competitor intelligence.Analyse performance data: Dive deep into performance metrics, extracting insights from the extensive pharmaceutical performance data set available, to help the creation of a sound database.Utilise medical expertise: Apply medical knowledge to comprehend and contextualise the data collected, understanding pharmaceutical product landscapes, regulatory environments, and healthcare industry dynamics.Communicate effectively: Communicate with the various R&D stakeholders (incl. internal team, clients, freelance resource, data software providers) in a clear, concise manner, enabling informed decision-making and strategy formulation.Embrace learning and development: Stay updated with industry advancements, tools, and best practices, continuously expanding knowledge in healthcare, data analytics, and competitor intelligence methodologies.What experience do you need?Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree level in mathematics, computer science, data science, life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.Demonstrated technical skills; in data analysis, data science or data engineering.An interest in working across medical and pharmaceutical sites and learning about medical SEO and performance.Think differently, we have no problem with being maverick, at times it’s ok to act now, apologise later, if intentions are good.Work hard, play hard.
