We currently have a fixed term opportunity for someone to join our team as a Performance and Operations Specialist within the Managed Services Directorate at KFM, on a 12-month contract. We are responsible for managing the relationship between our customer, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KCH), and the internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers/service providers who we contract with on behalf of KCH.
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll work closely with Performance & Operations Managers, whilst reporting to the Head of Operational and Strategic Delivery. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for ensuring we provide responsive, innovative services to our customers to the highest possible standard. We're seeking an individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, who possesses a proactive approach towards change and their own personal development. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering results.

To be successful in this role, we require candidates with prior experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within a secondary care provider setting. Any previous training or experience in project management will be highly regarded.
