The Human Resources function within New Forest Care plays an integral part in supporting our businesses' and is known internally as the People Team. It offers professional HR support and guidance to each area of the organisation.
As the People Team advisor, you will be actively involved in all Employee Relations procedures, including any disciplinary and grievance issues. You will support the business by providing generalist HR advice and by sharing your experience and knowledge.
You will provide empathetic and pragmatic generalist support aligned to our Company Values across all areas of our business. There will also be opportunities to support and work on various People, Engagement and Wellbeing related projects throughout the year.
Role: People Team (HR) Advisor
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00pm (Part Time Consider)
Location: Office Based - Hythe, Hampshire
Salary: up to £32,000 DOE

What you will be doing:
To be one of the main points of contact for all HR queries within the team, advising remotely via MS Teams and face to face
Advise and guide our Operational managers on issues related to employee relations in line with Company policy and ACAS best practice
Advise and guide our colleagues in an empathetic manner on issues related to employee relations in line with Company policy and ACAS best practice
Manage an ongoing generalist caseload including and not limited to - Family Friendly Leave, Disciplinary, Capability, Grievance and Long-Term Sickness
Manage all administrative paperwork in relation to case work in line with the HR Team SLAs
Ensure that all HR case data is kept up to date and managed in line with the HR Team SLAs
Manage a case load of colleagues referred to our Occupational Health Provider, following up with managers and colleagues to embed reasonable adjustments and wellbeing
Provide support to the Head of the People Team
What we're looking for:
Experience in managing cases from a risk perspective with both a commercial but empathetic approach
Highly experienced in case management in a high volume, agile environment
Experienced in use of a case log
2+ years HR Generalist experience
CIPD L3 essential, CIPD L5 or equivalent is desirable
Experience in use of HR Bamboo is not expected but would be advantageous
