DescriptionAt monday.com, we’re looking for an experienced HR Regional Director with a high level of drive and initiative to join our London & Warsaw teams. The position is based in London, reporting to the VP People CRO, based in Tel-Aviv.#LI-DNIAbout The RoleAs a People Regional Director you will:Partner with our leaders and teams to successfully achieve the goals of the business and drive and execute the People plan while ensuring collaboration and alignment with the global People Team and people strategy.Foster team and leader effectiveness, including supporting the onboarding of leaders and coaching leaders to develop their team members.Provide end-to-end HR generalist advice on a range of people-related issues.Drive proactive people initiatives – including culture change, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, learning and development.Lead the HR people in London - including HRBPs, TA directly, and People Experience as a matrix manager.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to all levels of leadership in the region. Identify organizational needs, design and deliver targeted solutions, including performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.Partner with the HR Functions and HR Business Partners as to workforce planning, people experience, recruiting, engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural and value alignment.You will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, growing and developing our leaders and people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the team’s development and business goals.Oversee and plan monday’s People Experience initiatives.Requirements7+ years of relevant HR experience, min. 3 years as an HR Business Partner - a Must. 7+ Managerial experience.Experience in a global environment.Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders through consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.Ability to proactively drive, lead and execute a regional people plan and initiatives. Strong collaborator and a team-player: an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships throughout the organization. Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skillsHolds analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action and exercises solid judgment. Department:HRExperience level:ManagementEmployment type:Full-timeWorkplace type:On-Site
