People Policy & Projects Manager - Hybrid
Brook Street are looking for an experienced People Manager to join a fantastic organisation on a full time, temporary basis. You will support large projects to ensure your workforce is diverse, inclusive, and sustainable. Delivering and embracing a one team approach, you will seek feedback for continuous improvement and implement new policies and procedures. This role is for approximately three months with an immediate start available for the right person.

What will I do?

• Lead change within the company by delivering projects related to impact on working environment
• Influence business decisions by working with leaders and external stakeholders
• Ensure team members know they are supported, respected, and valued
• Develop all team members
• Provide advice and support on employee relations and complex HR issues

What skills/experience do I need for this role?

• Experience in a People Partner role
• Level 7 CIPD
• Excellent negotiation skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
• A good understanding of equality and diversity issues
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Proven compassionate leadership experience
