You’ll be joining SEPA at a really exciting time in our transformational journey. This new post, which is part of the wider HR team, will have responsibility for transforming our employment offering.As well as leading and managing a small team, you will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement and upskilling HR colleagues and managers at all levels. The ability to form effective working relationships is really important.Experience in managing the review and development of people policies is essential.
