People Partner – 12 month FTC
Hybrid - flexible to be onsite 5 days if required
Based on site at our Milton Keynes office

Founded in 2007 our client is one of the fastest growing banks of their kind in the UK. They offer personal and corporate savings products and finance for UK residential and commercial property, in addition to sourcing and advising on UK real estate investments.
They are now looking to acquire the services of a People Partnerto be based onsite in their Milton Keynes office on a 12 month FTC.
Key responsibilities
To partner with business leaders on identifying and addressing strategic workforce issues
Provide insight and counsel to Executive Committee members and senior teams, on people issues within the business area adding value and ensuring they deliver against their business strategy
Provide ER advice to key stakeholders across the organisation
Lead and support design and review of people processes policies, products, and services
Provide guidance on policy where complex issues arise
Build and maintain effective and professional relationships with external parties where required
Key Skills required
Knowledge of UK employment law
Experience coaching leadership team
Strong organisational and administration skills
CIPD member ideally
