This fixed term contract role* will report to Ayse (our Head of People Partnering) you'll have a leader with high standards to help develop you into a successful people partner. She’ll provide you with a steep learning curve, and keep you just outside your comfort zone to maximise your development.
*We’re anticipating it’ll be a six to 12 month contract and can discuss further on our first call if you’re shortlisted.
As one of our People Partners, you’ll:nurture the development and execution of strategic, high-impact people initiatives and plans for our Tech and Product teamsbe the first point of contact for business leaders to provide support on people topics and especially operational employee lifecycle mattersadvance the leadership skills development and execution of people initiatives and projectsown the design and delivery of innovative, revolutionary, and high-impact solutions for our peopleyou will crunch people data to help guide people decisions and keep on top of organisational health, work closely with the broader people team to make sure there’s a seamless and ‘one team’ approach in the delivery of our people strategy and people productsactively contribute to company social, environmental and DEI goalsWe’re looking for someone who is:commercially aware with an appetite to get stuck into world of Digital Product & Technologydata-driven with strong analytical skills to help drive informed people decisions and recommendations,relationship driven with various different stakeholders and personalities. prior ER knowledge would be helpful but is not a must-have (We know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don’t have to match all the bullet points above to be considered for this role.)
