Your main mission is to support managers and your colleagues throughout all parts of the employee lifecycle and people management, to provide the best Duffel employee experience while putting one of our values, 'People Come First' at every step of the way.What we're looking for in you You're already an experienced Senior People Partner who loves working with Product and Tech. You've done it before, but excited to apply your learnings and build things from scratch.You'll have a great team to support you, but you also need to be comfortable working independently and have a level of comfort setting your own goals.You're excited by the ownership that comes with being the only People Partner and go-to for all employee relationsYou have experience working for a small-stage startup and enjoy the ever-changing pace that comes with it.You're reasonably comfortable with the ambiguity that can come with start-ups. Having that practical' hands-on' approach and being happy to roll up your sleeves are necessary.You love building meaningful relationships with employees at all levels of the business and have a high emotional intelligence with an understanding of the complexities and sensitivities of employee relations.You have excellent knowledge and practical experience in applying employment law in the UK.What you can expect from usWe’re dedicated to your personal growth.
