Opportunity for a People Partner & Employee Relations Specialist to join a multi-site serviced accommodation provider in Central London.
We are seeking an experienced individual who possesses a genuine passion for driving change, equipping leaders with effective people management skills, and fostering proactive interventions. The successful candidate will be adept at handling a full and varied caseload with a significant focus on absence management.
Responsibilities:
Partner with operational leaders to effectively manage ER cases, providing guidance and support.
Develop leaders’ people management skills through coaching and proactive interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for ER cases, focusing on absence management.
Serve as a trusted advisor for both employees and management, facilitating communication and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and drive continuous improvement in ER processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to address complex ER issues and achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience in ER within a multi-site business, preferably in hospitality or accommodation.
Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and coach operational leaders in people management.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proactive mindset with a focus on driving positive change.
Ability to manage diverse caseloads and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
Permanent full-time role with 4-5 days on-site across various Zone 1 locations.
Annual Salary: £55k + bonus potential.
