People Operations Associate (Tech Scale-up, £36k)

Job DescriptionRework is searching for a People Operations Associate to join a tech scale-up based in Central London.We’re ideally looking for 2 years of experience in a People Ops or HR Admin role in a fast-paced tech environment. Reporting to the People Ops Manager, this is a permanent hybrid role with 3 days a week onsite. You’ll be the point of contact for all employee lifecycle queries from onboarding to offboarding partnering closely with the HRBP’s and leadership team. There’s huge scope to develop in the role, and we’re looking for someone with a growth mindset. Given their growth plans, there are a lot of people processes to improve, so they’re focused on finding someone who is naturally curious, detail-orientated, eager to learn, and passionate about improving the employee experience.
