ARCA is partnered with a high-tech company seeking to hire an People Lead / Lead HR Business Partner. My client can consider suitable candidates on either a full time or part time and requires a practical and supportive People Lead with extensive experience in various companies.

The perfect candidate should feel at home guiding the leadership team in HR best practices and should excel in a non-corporate setting. This role demands being hands-on, available, and supportive. Your skill in listening, giving advice, and staying approachable is crucial for building a positive and productive workplace atmosphere.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and execute HR strategies that match the company's overall goals


• Foster good relationships between management and employees, handling any concerns or problems.


• Coordinate the hiring of new employees


• Meet the company's current and future needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining employees


• Supervise a performance review system that encourages excellence


• Manage salary and benefits


• Identify training needs and oversee training programs


• Ensure all HR practices comply with the law

Essential experience:

• Extensive People Lead / HR experience, preferably in technology or engineering


• Create HR strategies and lead effectively


• Accessible and supportive


• Great at listening, negotiating, and presenting


• Skilled at building relationships throughout the company


• Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices


• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
