WHAT YOU'LL DO ‍
Accurate database management and maintenance, systems used (SAP, BrightHR, Excel, Microsoft, JIRA)
Full employee lifecycle administration e.g. contracts, joiner/ promotion/ leaver admin, absence recording, employment record management
Office administration, coordinate meeting catering, greeting guests, managing office supplies
Assist with internal communications to staff about important dates or activities
Answering the main line phone and appropriately fielding all queries
Contribute to continuous improvement of tasks and processes
Creating and running internal social events
Help promote a vibrant and positive culture where people feel their career is
supported
Being a friendly face to new joiners to help them settle into the organisation and
answering any people related questions they have
Process ad hoc travel bookings for colleagues attending events
Ad hoc projects
WHAT YOU NEED
A natural people person at ease with new people, senior managers and third parties
A self-starter, there will always be someone around to help and support you, but we want you to have used your initiative and given it your best effort first!
A natural multitasker - able to juggle several tasks and move quickly through your “to do” list
Detail oriented, a lot of the work involves sensitive information and data that needs to be carefully, confidentially and accurately handled across multiple systems.
Strong communicator - able to clearly communicate and be a good listener
Pragmatic - we are not looking to create layers of bureaucracy - you’ll have a good
feel for what is necessary to get the job done before moving to the next thing
HR experience will be a definite plus but is not essential if you can meet all the other requirements
