We are seeking avisionary leaderto take the reins in a highly strategicPeople Directorrole which is pivotal to the ambitious growth plans for our business. As the primary driver of our overarching people strategy, the People Director will be instrumental in propelling our organisation forward into the future. The ideal candidate will be highly dynamic and commercially sound in their approach, with the ability to determine the most advantageous course of action for both the company and its employees. This role offers a seat on both the Executive Board, where your primary focus will be on developing and executing our people strategy to ensure the successful delivery of our People Business Plan.
What does the role involve?
Collaborate with the Executive Board to devise and execute business strategies aimed at increasing revenue whilst ensuring a balance between ambitious growth and the preservation of organisational culture.
Uphold and integrate company culture into decision-making processes at all levels while actively driving our cultural values throughout the organisation, ensuring that leadership and management are best in class.
Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Report on operational activities and risks against the annual People Business Plan, maintain regular communication with the Performance Team, providing updates on progress against approved plans.
Drive the optimisation, enhancement, and service levels of the People Service function through the adoption of new practices, technologies, engaging communication and stakeholder management.
Lead multiple initiatives within the People Service, ensuring seamless program delivery within established budgets and timelines by taking a robust project management approach and leveraging resources for support.
Lead, manage and develop the People Service team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture using effective management techniques to motivate and empower team members at all levels.
What are we looking for?

Leadership and team management skills.
Experience driving business growth initiatives.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Familiarity with technological advancements and a willingness to innovate.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Analytical mindset with project management experience.
HRIS experience, preferably with Workday.
