Company Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced People Data & MI Lead to join our client's People Function team. Our client is a forward-thinking organisation committed to driving innovation and excellence in the field of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
As the People Data & MI Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality People Data Management, Reporting, and Analytics services. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering people-related MI products and services.
- Creating accurate, robust HR reporting tools through dashboards and data visualization technology.
- Partnering with People Centers of Excellence to derive insights aligned with broader business and people strategy.
- Developing robust data architecture and management practices, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to drive standardization, simplification, and automation in people data management practices.
- Promoting data adoption and literacy within the People Function and across the organization.
- Improving data lineage, sharing, and interoperability with the Data Management team and downstream data processors.
- Contributing to wider Business and People Function change programs as defined by the Head of People Systems & Data.
- Deputising for the Head of People Systems & Data as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Expert knowledge of people services, associated KPIs, and data trends.
- Ability to produce people KPIs, reporting dashboards, and tools, with expertise in interpreting people data to create supporting commentary and insights.
- Advanced data management skills, including data architecture, control, and GDPR compliance.
- Project experience, particularly in data migration and archiving methodologies.
- Methodical and analytical approach with a high level of attention to detail.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver to strict deadlines.
- Strong consulting skills to determine requirements, make recommendations, and drive adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively at all levels.
- Focus on continuous improvement with a willingness to challenge and contribute to change.
- Extensive HR domain knowledge with a minimum of 5 years working in HR reporting/analytics.
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (including Stories and WFA).
- Ideally, expert knowledge of data warehousing, automation, and visualisation technology.
