%MCEPASTEBIN% Reports to Senior People Data, Insights and Reporting ManagerWe are looking for someone to provide data and reporting support to the HR team and wider business. This role sits within the People Services team and is primarily responsible for compiling and reporting the information derived from our HR systems to help the HR team, line managers as well as our Senior and Executive level leaders to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will be capable of intensive data investigation and possess robust problem-solving skills, along with a strong familiarity of data cleaning, data manipulation and data mapping.Key responsibilities:People DataLead in monitoring and measuring data integrity in our current HRIS (Talentia), presenting findings to the HR Operations team and management on any data issues e.g. corrupted / blank data, data ambiguity etc and ensure corrective action is takenWork in partnership with the HR Operations team to amend the primary source data in Talentia so that it can be seamlessly inputted / fed into other HR, IT and Finance systemsCarry out data reconciliation based on the inputs received from various HR teams; Troubleshoot and solution (in collaboration with Talentia support) non-standard data issues in TalentiaLead on user awareness / education around employee data, including updating SOPsEnsure audit, compliance and data privacy requirements (GDPR) are adhered to in Talentia and other HR system reportsSupport in creating and updating reports in the HRIS as and where requiredPeople InsightsMonthly reporting on people metrics such as headcount, joiners, leavers, turnover, stability, time & attendance, sickness absence, diversity and inclusion etc.Update the monthly HR dashboard accurately and timely to facilitate analysis and insightsPartner with recruitment, employee engagement and Aztec academy teams to collate monthly metricsAssist the team with any additional people data to enable the creation of monthly People PackEnable the investigation of hypothesis by delivering on time data needs for the analysisAssist the team with the ad-hoc data needs to enable delivery of the People data analytics projectsCompensation/Benefits/PayrollContribute to some components of payroll procedures as it relates to datasets used for both the payroll and finance teams throughout the month and at month endContribute to some components of benefits administration as it relates to datasetsOtherCollaborate between HR, IT and Finance to facilitate the implementation of new and/or improved reporting processes and functionsSupport automation of people processes wherever possible to enable the People teams to focus more on strategic activitiesIdentify training needs of end users and prepare training material in relation to system functionality, utilization, new processes and proceduresDocument the process optimisation initiatives and regularly communicate updates across the HR teamConsolidate reporting requirements into a single report catalogue and keep it up to dateDeliver ad-hoc reporting as per business requirementsEnsure that the system generated files are aligned with the HR Operations trackerAssist HR team with their data needs as part of a particular business / HR projectHelp the HR team with the data audits as neededSkills, knowledge, expertise:5 years’ experience in a Data Analyst, Management Information or equivalent role3 years’ experience working with HRISExperience in BI / Reporting projectsHighly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft productsFamiliarity with HR concepts is preferredExperience in Power BI is advantageousProficient in understanding the data and what needs to be communicated to the stakeholdersGood time management skills with ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously, to tight timelines and to highest standardsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalRelationship building skills and ability to tailor messages and style appropriately to an audienceA team player with a strong work ethicWillingness to learn new tools and software solutions
