️People CoordinatorLocation: Leeds, West YorkshireWe are looking for a detail - orientated, results driven People Coordinator to join an esteemed event catering company with a rich history and a diverse portfolio of venues, including prestigious sporting, entertainment, and cultural locations.** Please note due to the nature of this job a car driver will be required for this role **What's in it for you:

* Working within the People Coordinator team, you will be responsible for managing the rotas for a team of both full time and casual Event Managers and Supervisors, ensuring that cover is provided for a very full calendar of events across multiple venues.
* Compile and issue rotas to the full time and casual management team in a timely manner.
* Manage changes to rotas on a daily basis using the company time and attendance system.
* Source and recruit additional full time and casual Event Managers as required.
* Liaise with our current recruitment agency suppliers for additional Event Managers and Supervisor as required.
* Ensure we have the best skills set for each event.
* Ensure compulsory Health and Safety training is completed by relevant personnel.
* Work at venues, supporting staff check ins when required.
* Wage forecasting and planning workforce to achieve budgets set.
* Offer administrative support to the People Operations team when required.This is a varied role involving operations, logistics, planning and administration. It is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about delivering operational excellence.The desirable candidate:
