Reporting to the People Transformation Manager, means you will play an integral role within our People and Culture Group. This role has it all! You will drive key projects through the implementation and maintenance phases with a particular focus on operational excellence. Your focus will be strongly on embedding change across processes and technology.Our People and Culture group includes specialist functions such as talent acquisition and management, and organisational development, engagement and communications, and operational excellence to also support your delivery of world class business partnering. You will be exceptional at managing stakeholders. This will include steering others firmly to safer shores from time to time and an energetic self-starter who can work well within a fast-paced team while engaging collaboratively.
