Client DetailsGrowing Organisation DescriptionAs the People Business Partner you will:Support the continued transformation and development of the business area and support all people related activity.Deliver and support on the people life cycle activities - recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.Take ownership of Organisational design within your business areas.Profile As the People Business Partner you should have:CIPD qualification or equivalentStrong Business Partnering skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to influence and drive changeKnowledge of HR policies and best practiceExcellent Stakeholders ManagementJob OfferCompetitive salary + great benefitsThe role will be hybrid, based in the Exeter office with travel to the Bristol office on occasion.
