We are currently seeking a talented and experienced People Business Partner to join our team. This role will be predominantly based in our Bristol office, with travel expected to other sites as necessary.Key Responsibilities:As a People Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in establishing and developing partnering relationships with Senior Management teams to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, people plans, and business objectives. Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify people challenges and opportunities, shaping and implementing HR plans, processes, and practices.Implementing company processes throughout the HR lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and talent management.Acting as the point of contact for escalated people-related queries and issuing HR-related correspondence.Interpreting, coaching, and guiding managers in the application of people policies and practices to ensure fair, consistent application.Leading and supporting ad hoc people projects with guidance from the People Manager & Chief People Officer.Anticipating, identifying, and acting on people trends, issues, and developments.My profileQualifications and Experience:Demonstrable experience of operating at a senior HR level.Knowledge and experience of the full HR lifecycle.Experience of working in an international organisation – desirable.Customer-focused with the ability to flex the approach to meet different stakeholder requirements.Builds strong internal and external working relationships and networks.Manages in ambiguity and handles multiple priorities.Identifies change opportunities and drives change through the company.Demonstrates initiative, business acumen, and solution-focused mindset.Creates an environment where individuals can openly question, share information, and give feedback.Skills & Knowledge:Comprehensive understanding of employment law.Demonstrable commercial acumen, change management, and project management experience.Proficient in MS Office suite – adept at PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and HR Systems (HIVE desirable).Accuracy and close attention to detail in recording or creating information in written and statistical format.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Logic, analytics, and problem-solving for evaluating business metrics and determining ways to improve results.Relationship management, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels.Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and commitment to continual professional development.Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary in the region of £55,000 per annum, along with a car allowance of £4,920.25 days of annual leave + bank holidays.Buy and sell annual leave to make your time off work for you.8% company pension contributions, income protection and 3x salary payout for death in service for peace of mind.Rest easy when unwell: competitive sick pay to support you during difficult times.Healthcare cash-plan to get money back on dental, medical, physical care.Free access to our digital gym with expert-led classes.Discounts for restaurants, days out, and your favourite high-street brands.24/7 confidential employee support line for counselling, financial advice, and mental health support.Cycle to work scheme for a healthier, greener commute!Free flu jab and eye test vouchers.Get professional and industry membership fees paid for!Volunteer days to help colleagues make a positive impact.Security Clearance:Due to the nature of work, applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance.We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
