and the Swedish Archipelago .The RoleThis is an incredible opportunity for an experienced People professional to join as the first in-house hire to support and drive Easol’s fantastic company culture. We want to constantly encourage and maintain this culture as we scale.Report to our CEO & Founders Associate and work with the leadership team to develop our people strategy, supporting a high-performance culture that gets the best out of every team memberProactively and continuously review our organisational structure and design along with hiring plans to ensure we are set up for successSupport our teams’ learning & development including building our onboarding and training programmesDefine processes for reviews, performance management and pay negotiationsGuide managers and employees through all employee relations matters, being hands-on where necessaryDraft internal comms on significant or sensitive topicsAdvocate for company behaviours and diversity/inclusion, and proactively raise concerns with leadershipIntegrating our company values into the hiring process, and ensuring Easol is well presented to external candidatesOverseeing talent acquisition from a strategic perspective, and working closely with our partners and Internal Talent Experts to ensure continuous alignment in the businessRequirements5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations or other relevant role.You’re a seasoned, knowledgeable expert when it comes to HR policies and procedures, ensuring our company policies represent Easol and encourage a culture of “freedom and responsibility”Understanding of employment legislation and a passion to keep up to date on employment topicsKnowledge of HR specific software programs such as Humaans, Lattice and Greenhouse, or similar!Commercial experience developed in a fast paced, dynamic environment with exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.Experience handling complex and sensitive People management situations with humility, good judgment, tact, and humour.Comfortable working autonomously with a balanced team approach, you don't need to wait for directions, but know when buy-in is critical.Ability to integrate our brand, voice and messaging into internal content and communications.DesirableCIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalentAbout youYou’re motivated to own the growth of our high-performing, varied team across a wide range of departmentsYou feel confident coaching line managers, providing consistent, fair advice about employee relations, and flexing your approach depending on business needsYou’re great at generating ideas and initiatives that will help the Easol team thriveYour people skills are second to noneYou’re keen to develop top talent, reward and recognise people who go the extra mile, foster collaboration, and drive changeYou are passionate about organisational cultureYou are a hands-on HR generalist with a “can do” attitude, no task is big or small for youExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsYou use data to inform decision-makingYou have an incredible drive for success and a high work ethic.You are a team player who is compassionate, friendly and always seeks to empower others and learn from others.You are organised, have excellent time management skills and know what key priorities you need to focus on.You are adaptable and have a huge and never-ending desire to learn and improve.
