The ideal candidate will be adept at data analysis, have a good understanding and an interest in pay practices and benefits, and have experience and an interest in getting the most out of HRIS systems.As a People Analyst & Operations Advisor you will;
Work with the People Partnering & Ops Lead on a HRIS strategy & roadmap – including automation of processes, managing pay and compensation, data analytics and job families.
Work with the People Administrator and Advisor to effectively execute the strategy, regularly reviewing processes and making suggestions and implementing improvements. Implement a successful governance structure and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, with the support of the People Partnering & Ops Lead.
Analyse demographic and other people data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making and measure HR effectiveness. Analyse compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and equity within the organization. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including but not limited to pay structures, incentives and bonus schemes. Along with the People Partnering & Ops Lead and the People Partners, support with the creation and upkeep of job families and levelling of roles. Conduct regular benchmarking with the support of Willis Towers Watson to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries. Work with the People Administrator to ensure our policies are up to date, inclusive and culturally aligned.
support the People Partners at times with ER issues within their client areas, including performance management, grievance and disciplinary issues, family leave conversations and flexible working requests. Ability to be get up to speed with the HRIS system HiBob
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proven experience working in a HR operations role, including data analysis & compensation and benefits. Knowledge of the HRIS system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information. Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
