Partner with managers to develop, retain, and manage their teams, providing guidance and support on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from their first day. Work on various people-related projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organisational development projects. Produce regular reports and analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics and trends, guiding data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to optimize HR operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a technology-based start-up orscale-up environment, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. A passion for driving positive change and making a real impact on company culture and success. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and drive initiatives forward. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Personio) and other HR tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed. CIPD5 or equivalent experience.
