People Advisor

Job DescriptionRole Purpose:The People advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle from an HR perspective and driving employee engagement. You will be the on-site people representative for our manufacturing operation located in ChelmsfordIn this role, you will ensure that our people are equipped to develop their careers and are supported by inspiring and being proactive with our people managers.You will have the opportunity to initiate and drive people initiatives and develop engaging content.Success CriteriaDriving engagement initiatives, resulting in an upward trend in our engagement surveyChampioning people development, ensuring that all within the function have development plans in placeVisibility of our talent, and driving internal mobilityEnsuring new starters have a seamless onboarding experienceActing as a trusted advisor to the manufacturing teamProvide expert advice and guidance on employee relations mattersSupport managers with performance management processesAdvocating mental health initiativesMaintaining documentation for the people lifecycleManage and monitor people trends, providing commentary and solutions where requiredThe team and stakeholders:Team:You will be working with an agile people function reporting to the Head of People, supported by our People Operations Associate and Talent Partner.
