Hybrid Working - London Victoria My client who are unique retail business are looking to recruit a Pensions Analyst on an initial 6 months contract, to join their team based in London 2 - 3 days a week. Please note this role is paid via an umbrella company/PAYE. As a Pensions Analyst you will be responsible for end to end pension administration processes and supporting members by delivering thoughtful service in line with operational standards.Accountabilities:Delivery of end to end pension processes within specified timescales (SLA).Manage own workload to consistently deliver agreed business targets and personal commitments.Advanced Excel skills data analysis and monthly processing tasks.Administer bespoke member cases and ensure consistent Quality Assurance over processes.Deliver consistent and thoughtful member service in accordance with operational standards.Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Identifies process enhancements and helps to deliver continuous improvement activities.Support in the delivery of changes to processes and scheme design.This is a 6 month contract working as a Pensions Analyst experience based in London.
