Pensions Administrator

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.You will join a large team and assist the pensions team in the provision of information and statistics as required and to provide information to employees on potential pension benefits and scheme provisions.You will be responsible for the submission of uploading data online to the USS and SAUL pension schemes regarding starters, leavers and other changes. This involves running reports on the HR/Payroll system (CoreHR) and uploading and downloading files electronically to and from the pension schemes' online databases. These processes must meet strict monthly deadlines and must be co-ordinated with colleagues so that they can meet their deadlines. You will also need to send new starters details to the NHS Pension Scheme via email.
