This is an exciting new opportunity in a expanding team, whose purpose is to deliver our services to the highest standards to our outsourced clients.Dunstan Thomas is a cutting-edge software company specialising in the financial services markets. The TPA team is a key part of Dunstan Thomas, often collaborating with other teams within the company.Job RequirementsThis position offers a wide variety of assignments in a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate will to be able to work flexibly and capably under pressure. You will be joining a small but growing team and assisting with the pensions administration processes.As part of the role, you will carry out and validate the following activities for pension administration:Adhering to best practice procedures in all aspects of pensions administration related tasks as defined by the CompanyProcessing transfers in & out (both as cash and in specie)Processing contributionsProcessing member drawdown benefits (income and PCLS payments)Pension payrollAnnual and monthly reportingUndertaking morning and afternoon banking tasksThere are numerous opportunities to delve into the following:Take an active part in implementing changes to existing procedures and softwareRegular opportunities to provide feedback on the daily processes you will undertakeEnhance relationships with clients to gain an understanding of their working practicesAd-hoc projects and tasksSkills, abilities, and personal qualitiesExceptional attention to detailKeen to share knowledge and develop close working relationships with the teamA willingness to learn and progressExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA keen listener and capable of following instructionsCalm and positive under pressureAble to organise workloads, prioritise and meet deadlinesPension qualifications are advantageousOnce you pass probation, you will be offered the opportunity to undertake a range of Financial Services qualificationsOpportunities for progressionAccess to the company’s range of flexible benefitsCycle to work schemeBenefits scheme that includes discounts from shops, gyms etc.The opportunity to take part in our Sharesave SchemePension contributions from the business up to 8%If you want to join our team, please forward your cv to our dedicated email address here:#####
